Below are some of the questions and answers that Strains Hub Dispensary is trying to answer with regards to the FAQ from our customers like; How long does shipping take, Haven’t received my tracking number after 24 hours, Why is my order still on hold, When will my payment be accepted, etc.
IF I HAVE NEVER TRIED OUR PRODUCT BEFORE, IS IT A GOOD YOU PURCHASE AND GIVE IT A TRY
The answer is yes. If you have never tried our product before we still recommend you can purchase it in bulk. This is because we are quite sure of the effectiveness of our products as it has been tested and proven to be effective by our Medical cannabis experts. All you need to do is just go through our shop page and follow the description. Read carefully before ordering a product.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Express shipping takes 24-48hours.
Shipping generally takes about 2-3 business days to the majority parts of the EU. Please note, depending on your country and city, it will take about 3 – 5 business days.
NOTE
The post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out in the early hours of Mondays.
WHEN WILL MY BANK TRANSFER BE ACCEPTED
Our accountant accepts all payments within a few hours of it being received.
Payments sent after 4 PM will be accepted within a few hours, as these payments are for orders to be processed the next following business day.
Why?
Our payment cut-off time is 3:30 PM, meaning payments made before 3:30 PM on the business day of shipping will be accepted within an hour or so and the order will be shipped out as well.
Weekend Hours
Your payments generally will arrive however please note payments on Saturday will usually be accepted around different time slots as our accountant does take a few hours off, but we do accept all payments and process your order to ship out first thing Monday.
PLEASE NOTE WEEKENDS THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED SO WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP PACKAGES.
WHY IS MY ORDER STILL ON HOLD
Once you place an order, it automatically goes ON-HOLD.
Once we receive your payment, your order status will change to PROCESSING.
You will also be sent a payment confirmation email as well.
Once your order is complete, we will issue you a tracking number and your order status will be changed to COMPLETE. Your tracking number will be sent via e-mail.
HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER AFTER 24 HOURS
If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours, this is an indication that your order is still ON HOLD
This means we have not received your payment, please revise your bank records and see if the payment was successfully sent to our e-mail address that was provided at check out.
If your order is PROCESSING and you do not have a tracking number by 8 PM the following business day, please contact us immediately and we can definitely provide you an update
